About me
Madison Carolin is a San Antonio native and early childhood education professional dedicated to supporting young children and their families. She attended Trinity University, where she earned her Master of Arts in Teaching. Since joining Brighton Center in 2022 as an Early Intervention Specialist, Madison has grown into a lead role, providing professional development and coaching to fellow providers to strengthen the quality of early intervention services.
Her work focuses on empowering families through culturally responsive, relationship-based practices that promote positive developmental outcomes for children. As a passionate advocate for early childhood intervention and parent empowerment, she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Early Childhood Education to expand access to inclusive, high-quality services in early childhood intervention.
